Role OverviewThe Cook/Food Service Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day Food Service Operation at the Haverhill Corps. This person must perform duties including but not limited to menu planning, cooking, cleaning and inventory control. The position requires a High School Diploma, Associates and/or Bachelors in Culinary Arts preferred, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a commercial kitchen.
What You Will Do
Prepare daily meals according to planned menus, follow all ServSafe protocols, regularly clean kitchen equipment, work with Corps Officer to review personnel issues and menu plans, and maintain inventory of food and supplies.

Must be ServSafe, Kitchen Manager certified, CPR/First Aid certified, and allergen awareness certified. Must have excellent organization skills, understand FIFO inventory control, and be able to lift an average of 50lbs.
Requirements
