Job Description
Cook I - Employee Dining role involves preparing hot food items, following menu and recipe standards, and ensuring exceptional service in a timely manner. The role requires knowledge of menu items, recipes, and proper food handling techniques, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Cook I will work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for preparing menu items, maintaining inventory, and upholding the Hard Rock Values.
Requirements
Knowledge of menu items and recipes for each kitchen station
Ability to work rapidly and accurately
Utilization of proper food handling techniques following health and safety standards
Maintenance of a clean and organized work area
Provision of exceptional service
Adherence to department and property policies and procedures
Maintenance of knowledge of property information, including memorabilia
