The Cook I is an integral member of our in-room dining culinary team, responsible for executing refined cuisine while maintaining high standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three (3) years of distinguished culinary experience in a comparable role
  • Culinary degree or formal culinary training
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the English language
  • Comprehensive mastery of sanitation protocols and refined culinary techniques
  • Ability to work with discipline and excellence within a collaborative team environment
  • Current and valid Nevada health card and all required professional licensing or credentials
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including graveyard service hours
