Job Description
The Cook I is an integral member of our in-room dining culinary team, responsible for executing refined cuisine while maintaining high standards of excellence.
Requirements
A minimum of three (3) years of distinguished culinary experience in a comparable role
Culinary degree or formal culinary training
Demonstrated proficiency in the English language
Comprehensive mastery of sanitation protocols and refined culinary techniques
Ability to work with discipline and excellence within a collaborative team environment
Current and valid Nevada health card and all required professional licensing or credentials
Minimum age requirement of 18 years
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including graveyard service hours
