Role OverviewThe Cook I prepares and cooks food products, assists in preparing for banquets and special functions, and provides customer service. The position is responsible for maintaining consistent product presentation, consulting with management, and cleaning the workstation.

Prepare food items, take temperatures, log information, work closely with other Cooks, and maintain a clean and appetizing buffet.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with previous food and beverage preparation in a high-volume operation
- Sanitation Certificate within 6 months of hire
