This role offers a professional career path in Hotel Culinary and requires the preparation of various types of foods using different techniques. Additional responsibilities include checking food quality, receiving products, and supporting training and development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in various kitchens
  • Hotel cooking experience and/or culinary degree
  • Texas Food Handlers Certification
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays
