Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working in various kitchens, such as the Garde Manger Cold kitchen, Hot Side Banquet kitchen, 3-meal restaurants, Pastry Kitchen & Butcher area
  • Hotel cooking experience and/or culinary degree preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Requires moderate supervision and training
  • Texas Food Handlers Certification required
