Job Description
The Cook II at Campus Center Food Court is responsible for hot food production and running specialty food stations, preparing and presenting various hot and cold food items for meal periods, and cooking and preparing food according to recipes and production guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of applicable experience related to food preparation
  • Working knowledge of food preparation and cooking processes
  • Food handling and food safety skills and allergen knowledge
  • Ability to adhere to all food preparation and service standards
  • Capacity to read and follow written and electronic recipes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
