Job Description
The National, Autograph Collection seeks a Cook II to prepare various foods for breakfast, lunch or dinner at assigned kitchen station. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced Kitchen and be able to adapt to change, work well without supervision, and maintain food quality.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write and make mathematical calculations
  • Ability to work from and maintain production records and follows recipes
  • Ability to weigh and measure ingredients
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Kitchen preferred
