Job Description
Aspen Skiing Company, a division of Aspen One, is seeking a Cook II for a 25-26 winter season. This role involves preparing and serving food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring quality standards. The Cook II will assist with storage and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Requirements

  • Culinary school graduate preferred
  • One to two years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
  • Serv Safe or similar food safety course certification preferred
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques (baking, broiling, etc.)
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in stressful circumstances
  • Ability to work collaboratively
