Job Description
Aspen Skiing Company, a division of Aspen One, is seeking a Cook II for a 25-26 winter season. This role involves preparing and serving food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring quality standards. The Cook II will assist with storage and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Requirements
Culinary school graduate preferred
One to two years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
Serv Safe or similar food safety course certification preferred
Knowledge of cooking techniques (baking, broiling, etc.)
Knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work in stressful circumstances
Ability to work collaboratively
