Job Description
We are seeking a Cook II to join our team at the Hyatt Regency Irvine. The ideal candidate will have good communication and culinary skills, with a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • 2 years of previous line experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • Grilling and sauté station experience required
  • Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
  • California Food Handlers Certification required
