Role OverviewAs a Cook II (Advanced Culinary Assistant) at Westgate Resorts, you will assist the chef with daily tasks, prepare food to specifications, and contribute to customer satisfaction. Prepare food to the chef's specifications, set up stations as needed, assist the chef with daily tasks, and maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Aptitude for multi-tasking
- Ability to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds
