Job Description
Fairmont Orchid, a luxury resort on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii, is seeking a Cook II to join their kitchen team. The Cook II will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the vision of the Chef, focusing on customer service and contributing to the restaurant’s exceptional Hawaiian Regional Cuisine. The role involves performing knife skills, cooking various dishes, and maintaining kitchen standards.

Requirements

  • Leadership capabilities and good communication skills
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Detailed & service oriented with an eye for detail
  • State and Federal Requirements to work in Food and Beverage (Tuberculosis Clearance)
  • Proficiency in English (Ilocano/Tagalog)
