Job Description
Cook II responsible for preparing facility meals according to pre-planned menus, maintaining kitchen equipment, and supervising detainees. Full-time position with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Food service training preferred
  • One year of food service or related experience and prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Food handlers permit required within the first week of employment
  • Valid Texas driver's license with acceptable driving record required
