Job Description
The Cook III role at The Little Nell is a full-time, on-site position focused on preparing and cooking for restaurant service. Requirements

  • Prepare & serve food items according to standardized recipes
  • Follow daily preparation list to ensure items are ready for service
  • Cook food to order
  • Work and maintain sauté, grill, and roasting stations
  • Set up, work, and break down station
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Work closely with kitchen team members
