Job Description
Cook III, Full Time, responsible for preparing restaurant hot/cold items, banquet, outlet and cafeteria items according to recipes and specifications set by the Hotel.

Requirements

  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
  • Assists in preparing and cooking foods under supervision.
  • Mixes, cuts and shapes dough by hand or machine.
  • Bakes bread, rolls, muffins, biscuits, pies and cakes.
  • Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
