Job Description
Cook III, Full Time, responsible for preparing restaurant hot/cold items, banquet, outlet and cafeteria items according to recipes and specifications set by the Hotel.
Requirements
Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
Assists in preparing and cooking foods under supervision.
Mixes, cuts and shapes dough by hand or machine.
Bakes bread, rolls, muffins, biscuits, pies and cakes.
Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
