Job Description
Stein Eriksen Lodge seeks a Cook III to join their culinary team. The cook position requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for the culinary world. Requirements

  • Report to work in a clean, complete uniform in a timely manner
  • Consistently monitor sanitation and cleanliness of work station, kitchen and equipment
  • Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
  • Maintain par levels determined by Sous Chef
  • Label and date products produced on a daily basis
  • Follow menu specifications in a precise, efficient manner according to Executive Chef guidelines
  • Perform work related duties as assigned
  • Participate in department meetings
