Job Description
Stein Eriksen Lodge seeks a Cook III to join their culinary team. The cook position requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for the culinary world. The role involves working with the chefs to create memorable experiences for guests, adhering to company policies, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements
Report to work in a clean, complete uniform in a timely manner
Consistently monitor sanitation and cleanliness of work station, kitchen and equipment
Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
Maintain par levels determined by Sous Chef
Label and date products produced on a daily basis
Follow menu specifications in a precise, efficient manner according to Executive Chef guidelines
Perform work related duties as assigned
Participate in department meetings
