Grande Oaks Golf Club is seeking a full-time Cook III to assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality food for members and guests. The role involves supporting daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality standards, and working collaboratively with the culinary team in a fast-paced private club environment.

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
  • Experience in a private club, restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen conditions
