Job Description
Fairmont Chicago, a member of the Millennium Park complex, is seeking a Cook III to join their culinary team. The role involves crafting professional and friendly service for guests, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to corporate social responsibility initiatives. Requirements
Previous experience in a high volume restaurant required
Diploma / Certification in a Culinary discipline an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Working knowledge of weights, measures and various cooking techniques
Working knowledge of health, safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs
Physical aspects of position (constant standing/walking, lifting, etc.)
