Job Description
The Cook III is responsible for preparing recipes and food items in accordance with the culinary leadership requirements. This includes preparing, sautéing, broiling, frying, baking, and grilling food items, as well as maintaining a sanitary and organized work area.

Requirements

  • Prepare recipes and food items in accordance with culinary leadership requirements
  • Maintain a sanitary and organized work area
  • Direct and train Cooks II
  • Follow proper zoning procedures and return/storing product and equipment to designated areas
  • Support safety and accident prevention programs
