Job Description
The Cook reports directly to the Food and Beverage Director and is responsible for all food preparation, sanitation, and regulatory compliance in a community setting. The Cook must adhere to posted menus, prepare food items using approved recipes, and maintain sanitary conditions to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Culinary apprenticeship or training
  • One (1) year job related experience
  • Maintains a current SERV Safe certificate
