Job Description
We are seeking a Cook to join our team at WVU Medicine Golisano Children's Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely preparing food, ensuring food is served at proper temperature, and documenting temperatures. Other duties include cleaning areas and equipment, working with managers to improve food quality, and serving customers in a polite and friendly manner.

Requirements

  • Valid Food Service Worker Permit (FSWP) from Monongalia County Health Department (MCHD)
  • WV DHHR Protected Services Record Check and WV CARES fingerprint-based criminal background check (if assigned to certain departments)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
  • 2 years quantity cooking experience (preferred)
