Job Description
In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations, producing consistent product to meet guests' needs in a timely manner. Responsible for monitoring food production, quality and consistency, staffing levels and department training.
Requirements
Excellent communication
At least 2 years of experience working in hotels OR have completed or actively working towards a 2 year culinary degree
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Capable of performing repetitious duties
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
