Role Overview

Part-time Cook position at Spectrum Retirement Communities, responsible for food preparation, food and supply management, and working with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef.

What You Will Do

Prepare high-quality food, manage food and supply inventory, and work with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with the other restaurant team members.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Strong customer service skills.
