Role OverviewThe DOC seeks to hire Cooks to perform work of ordinary difficulty and responsibility in the preparation of food in an institution. The Cook will be responsible for preparation and cooking of food, portioning out food, supervising and instructing inmates, and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the work area.
