Cook

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Cook with restaurant experience who is passionate about preparing high-quality meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents. The Cook will be responsible for preparing meals in accordance with resident diet specifications, established menus, facility policies, and all dietary and sanitary regulations.

What You Will Do

Prepare and serve meals in accordance with planned menus, recipes, diet plans, portion control, temperature guidelines, and facility policies. Maintain proper food storage and inventory practices. Direct and assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and floors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe certification per state requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with residents, families, and team members in a positive and professional manner
