Role OverviewThe Cook is responsible for creating a positive experience for customers, including residents and employees, in the dietary department. They must provide excellent customer service, quality products, and presentations while maintaining food safety and health code standards.
What You Will Do
Prepare food per census and cycle menu recipes, assist with meal service and delivery, maintain stock and ensure proper rotation of product, and maintain established standards for station and equipment cleanliness.
