What You Will Do
Set up workstations, establish lines for meal periods, prepare plates according to resident diets, prepare ingredients, ensure great presentation, keep a sanitized environment, monitor temperature logs, and ensure food storage.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED - ServSafe Preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
- Knowledge of cooking temperatures for various types of food
- Excellent customer service skills
- One year cooking experience in a restaurant, healthcare or hospitality setting
