Job Description
Prepares meals according to the daily menu and diet specifications in order to ensure successful completion of daily meal service operations. Assist in preparing meals, verify tray tickets, wash & sanitize dishware, clean & sanitize equipment, operate all food service equipment in a safe manner.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, make simple calculations and follow oral or written instructions
  • A high school diploma is preferred
  • ServSafe Certification recommended, or for Ohio only, Ohio Department of Health Level II Certification in Food Protection
