Job Description
We are recruiting for a hospitality-focused Cook to join our team! As a Cook, you will be responsible for full-scope, hands-on production cooking in the Community Culinary Services Department, including maintaining a superior level of quality service and cleanliness at all times.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Minimum of one year restaurant/senior living or equivalent cooking experience
Food Service Sanitation certification or ability to obtain one after employment
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Knowledge of HACCP procedures
Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
Experience in high volume cooking for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or special events preferred
Culinary degree preferred
