Job Description
We are seeking a Pre Service Coordinator to work in the Cook Mental Health Center. The Pre-Service Coordinator works with consumers throughout the pre-access process to include scheduling, pre-registration, and insurance and eligibility verification.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in a business, medical or related field preferred
  • High school diploma or GED may be accepted with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a medical office setting
  • Prefer 5 years experience in a medical office environment
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Thorough understanding and working knowledge of all aspects of EMR
  • Ability to analyze data for improvement opportunities
  • Utilizes discretion in handling the organization's confidential information and consumer-protected information
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and teambuilding
  • Valid GA driver's license required
