Requirements

  • 2+ years of culinary experience
  • Culinary degree or hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Confidence in basic and intermediate cooking techniques
  • Productive, positive, and professional attitude
  • Ability to train on and work any station and support multiple hot-line areas
  • Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and pride in your craft
  • Ability to work well with coworkers and guests
  • Physical stamina to stand for an entire shift and lift/push/pull moderate weights
