Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Line Cook to join our team at Aztec Grill. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment, following recipes, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring timely and accurate food service.

Requirements

  • Prepare and cook food according to store recipes.
  • Follow all food safety standards and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Stock and prep ingredients for daily use.
  • Keep kitchen equipment clean and organized.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure smooth service.
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred.
  • Food Service, Quick Service, Retail experience a plus.
  • Food Handler Permit as required by county, city, or state or be able to obtain one within 30 days.
  • A passion for delivering friendly, fast, and high-quality service.
