Job Description
The ANA (Association of National Advertisers) is seeking a motivated Coordinator for its Law, Ethics & Government Relations function, based in Washington, DC. The role involves providing administrative, communications, and event planning support to diverse projects, contributing to the department's advocacy efforts within the advertising and marketing industry. It’s a full-time position reporting to the EVP and Head of Law.

Requirements

  • Drafting, editing, formatting, and distributing written materials.
  • Update website and social media content.
  • Monitor policy developments and report on key issues.
  • Draft and edit presentation decks.
  • Execute research and data analysis tasks.
  • Coordinate events and support activities.
  • Provide administrative support to a team of seven.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • HTML proficiency required.
