Job Description
Works with the Director and leadership team of the Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment (CIA) Department to lead the district’s work in Curriculum, Instructional, Assessment, and Professional Learning needs at a district, regional, feeder and individual school level aligned to the goals of the district in order to improve student performance.

Requirements

  • Two to five years experience planning and implementing a wide-scale staff training in PK-12 school district environment
  • 3 years of Prior Pre/K-12 Teaching Experience
  • CO Principal Licensure - Colorado Department of Education
  • Teacher License - Colorado Department of Education
  • Valid Colorado Driver's License - Colorado Dept of Transportation
  • Master's Degree: Curriculum and Instruction
  • Master's Degree: Education
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders to support positive outcomes
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Maintains a generally positive attitude
  • Observes all District policies and procedures
  • Strong background in Google Suite and LMS (Learning Management System) utilization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions. Multilingual skills would be beneficial and utilized.
