Role OverviewThe Coordinator will play a key role within the Paint department, working closely with internal departments to ensure painted parts are completed in a timely manner. This position will ensure parts are staged according to production schedule, communicate priorities to the loader and unloaders, and confirm that shortages, service parts, and ends are being hung with appropriate colors.
What You Will Do
The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring parts are staged according to production schedule, communicating priorities to the loader and unloaders, confirming that shortages, service parts, and ends are being hung with appropriate colors, inspecting parts, and communicating issues to the line lead. The Coordinator will also train new operators and fill in for operators when needed.
