Job Description
Role Overview

This is a supervisory position that encompasses overall clinical management of the consumers of the Residential Services Program. The Coordinator will oversee medical and psychiatric care coordination for assigned group home residents, train and supervise Residential Services staff, and facilitate Individualized Service Plans.

What You Will Do

The Coordinator will supervise daily activities, coordinate resources, and set priorities for the team to ensure task completion at a satisfactory level in all aspects of clinical care. They will also communicate with clients, staff, and physicians to ensure timely and complete written documentation.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, with 2 years of supervisory experience. They will be able to effectively communicate complex instructions and ideas, and have experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Requirements

  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license
