Job Description
PKF O'Connor Davies is a top-ranked accounting, tax, and advisory firm seeking a Resource Management Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to the Firm's scheduling department.
Requirements
Coordinate team member assignments for client engagements, balancing business needs and team member availability
Collaborate with partners and managers, and resource management team to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or capacity constraints
Assist in maintaining and analyzing scheduling reports, and coordinating appropriate staff reassignments as needed
Monitor and communicate staff's unassigned time
Provide support on special projects as needed
