Job Description
PKF O'Connor Davies is a top-ranked accounting, tax, and advisory firm seeking a Resource Management Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to the Firm's scheduling department.

Requirements

  • Coordinate team member assignments for client engagements, balancing business needs and team member availability
  • Collaborate with partners and managers, and resource management team to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or capacity constraints
  • Assist in maintaining and analyzing scheduling reports, and coordinating appropriate staff reassignments as needed
  • Monitor and communicate staff's unassigned time
  • Provide support on special projects as needed
