Job Description
The Creative Minds Coordinator is responsible for visionary leadership of the district's innovative multi-age, project-based learning program.
Requirements
Valid Kansas teaching license and building leadership license
Master's degree or higher in education
Minimum of 10 years teaching experience, with a strong record in project-based, multi-age, or innovative educational environments
Demonstrated leadership experience in curriculum/program development and organizational change
Proven ability to engage families and community partners in the educational process
Excellent skills in collaboration, communication, and facilitation
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and personalized learning for all students
