Job Description
Temple University's Institutional Advancement Department is searching for a Coordinator, Advancement Engagement to provide organizational and operational support to the Advancement Engagement team, delivering an exemplary customer service experience for all constituents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least two years of directly related experience
  • Experience using fundraising databases and calendaring/organizational tools
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and fundraising databases
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously
  • Ability to perform special projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to establish and maintain operational systems and procedures and ensure adherence to the same
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations and with a diverse group of individuals
  • Results-oriented, facts-driven, with high energy and drive, a positive attitude and excellent listening and communications skills
