Role OverviewThe Coordinator, DTC Insights & Fraud will live in the data, building reports for the CX & merch teams, tracking the beauty category on TikTok Shop, and working with nearly every team in the building. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a love for beauty, and experience leveraging AI to manage data.
What You Will Do
Maintain CX performance reporting, track the competition on TikTok Shop, monitor CX, fraud, and eCommerce platforms for anomalies, and build monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting decks.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, always asking questions, and have a clear communication style. They will also have experience with Excel or Google Sheets, and be meticulous with detail.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience
- Experience leveraging AI to manage data & pull insights out of it
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfortable pulling, synthesizing & validating data across platforms
- Meticulous with detail: you chase a discrepancy until it’s resolved
- A clear communicator who can explain data to people who don’t live in it
- Organized enough to juggle several recurring workstreams at once
