The Facilities Coordinator role is a multifaceted position that blends operational and administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of Build-A-Bear's physical environments.

Requirements

  • Manage, prioritize, and address routine store service requests
  • Troubleshoot escalated service issues
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to maintain high service levels and adherence to contractual agreements
  • Coordinate Store Closings
  • Manage Monthly Preventative Maintenance Service Schedule
  • Manage overflow projects contributing to the success of store openings, closures, and various special initiatives
  • Manage field repair needs and provide support for setting up seasonal shops and offsite events
  • Managing inventory
