The role of a Facilities Coordinator is multifaceted, blending operational and administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of Build-A-Bear’s physical environments.
Requirements
Manage, prioritize, and address routine store service requests
Troubleshoot escalated service issues
Collaborate with third-party vendors to maintain high service levels and adherence to contractual agreements
Coordinate Store Closings
Manage Monthly Preventative Maintenance Service Schedule
Manage overflow projects contributing to the success of store openings, closures, and various special initiatives
Manage field repair needs and provide support for setting up seasonal shops and offsite events
