Job Description
The Coordinator for the Center in Orono, ME, is responsible for providing leadership, program management, and support to students within the University of Maine campus. This role involves developing and implementing social and educational programs, mentoring students, and overseeing daily operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred in Higher Education, Counseling, College Student Personnel, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering a welcoming and supportive campus environment.
  • Experience working with students on a college campus and strong desire to work with students from all backgrounds.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, management, and administrative skills.
  • Must have experience in creating and implementing programs.
