Role OverviewThe Coordinator for Instructional Services reports to the Vice President/Executive Director and performs duties such as leading instructional programs, planning curriculum, and supervising staff. The role requires a Master's Degree in Education or a related field and 5 years of experience in education. The Coordinator will work with academically and economically disadvantaged adults, develop faculty in teaching, and promote cultural diversity and affirmative action.
What You Will Do
The Coordinator will lead, direct, and supervise center instructional programs, functions, and staff. They will plan, develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum, programs, instruction, guidelines, policies, and procedures. The Coordinator will also oversee procedures, operations, and record-keeping systems, recruit, select, and train faculty and instructional support staff, and promote the professional development of employees.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Education or other related field from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years' experience in the field of Education, and non-traditional education
- Three (3) years administrative or faculty supervision
