Job Description
The Coordinator for the Division of Tenant & Owner Resources will work in the Office of Housing Access and Stability, leading to ensure fair, efficient, and transparent access to affordable housing. They will plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and/or evaluate program and events providing important services to Section 8 participants in the communities served.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Computer knowledge (Word, Excel and Access)
Strong analytical and interpersonal Skill
Strong organizational Skills
Knowledge of rental subsidies or Section 8 subsidy preferred
Bilingual a plus
A NYS Driver’s License is preferred
Authorization to work in the United States is required
