Job Description
The Coordinator for the Division of Tenant & Owner Resources will work in the Office of Housing Access and Stability, leading to ensure fair, efficient, and transparent access to affordable housing. They will plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and/or evaluate program and events providing important services to Section 8 participants in the communities served.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Computer knowledge (Word, Excel and Access)
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal Skill
  • Strong organizational Skills
  • Knowledge of rental subsidies or Section 8 subsidy preferred
  • Bilingual a plus
  • A NYS Driver’s License is preferred
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required
