Job Description
Responsible for entering room blocks, group reservations, bookings, cancellations and changes of room reservations for the Atlantic City region, accurate data entry of reservations, and processing advance deposits and refunds.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior relevant experience, including LMS system, preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to operate a computer and perform basic math calculations
