Role OverviewThe HR Coordinator is a vital link between our office operations and field personnel, managing the full lifecycle of project-related personnel administration.
What You Will Do
Coordinates onboarding, administers benefit plans, maintains accurate electronic employee files, and performs other related duties.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Pass a pre-employment background screen and drug test.
- Valid State drivers license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A working understanding of human resource principles, practices, procedures, and state/federal employment laws.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related administrative software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks in a high-paced, occasionally stressful environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service approach to internal employee management.
- Being bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 2–3 years of related experience in HR or project coordination.
