The Coordinator II, Performance Management will develop materials, train stakeholders, and lead coordination efforts to support instructional, induction, leader development, relationship management, and conflict resolution support and trainings. The role involves evaluating the effectiveness of onboarding, retention, and professional development processes, and executing large-scale district events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a directly related field
  • Master's degree from an accredited university preferred
  • 5+ years in direct education preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to design and deliver effective online and in-person learning for adults
  • Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills and experience working as a member of a team towards a common goal
