Job Description
The Coordinator II, Recruitment and Selection will implement a selection model to recruit and select candidates, conduct presentations to foster collaborations, and manage the recruitment process for assigned geographical areas. The role will also identify non-traditional sources of attracting teachers and other qualified applicants, and perform all duties relating to the ESEA Title II, Part A grant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a directly related field
  • Valid Teacher Certificate with required endorsements
  • Two plus years of direct experience
  • Valid Texas Driver's License and record that meets the district's standard
