Role OverviewThe Coordinator leads the strategic development of the MAPs services statewide, formulating priorities and fostering a work environment consistent with the Easter Seals vision and mission. This position requires occasional travel and oversees the adult camp once a quarter.
What You Will Do
Develop the MAPS team, support MAPs Lead staff, develop performance plans, provide MAPs services, connect with community partners, and develop budgets. You will also lead and participate in overnight supervision duties, track progress toward strategic goals, and set standards for service.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in recreation, special education or related field or the equivalent of job experience and education
- At least 3 years' experience in leadership
- Knowledge of DDA services, various modes of enabling technology, contract management, experience in the direct care/social services profession
- ACRE Certification or CESP, earned within nine months of hire
- Valid driver's license
- Valid automobile insurance
